When Ted and Dom met in the early 2010s one was busy climbing the corporate ladder and the other running a growing construction business. Little did they know at the time that a common passion for real estate, taking on run down properties and transforming them into memorable experiences, for tenants and owners alike, would forge a lasting friendship and business partnership.

Over the past decade we’ve hosted hundreds of guests and maintained 5-star ratings and top-tier host status on every platform we’ve operated on. But what we’re most proud of is the relationships we’ve built along the way — the guests who come back, the ones who refer their colleagues, and the ones who still check in just to say hello.
